 PROMOTION TERMS «FATHER'S DAY GIFT CARD Racered EU » 

The entity Succodimore S.L., distribution partner of Racered, legitimately incorporated with registered offices at the address of Calle Vereda de lo Barros 53G, 28925 Alcorcón Madrid, with NIF number B40190993, will carry out a promotion that will be developed according to what is stipulated in the following terms:

1. The aim of this promotion is to raise awareness of the company website and encourage users to register in the company’s website.
2. The promotion will be carried out throughout the European Community (UK EXCLUDED), and all those users who access the drawing may participate by follow Instragram instructions.
3. Duration of the promotion: From March 15 to MARCH 19, 2022, both included (hereafter referred to as "Promotional Period"). 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND PROMOTION WORKINGS

To participate it is necessary to follow Instagram post instructions. 

It will be required to fill in all the fields correctly to be eligible to participate, and to increase chances of winning, following Racered's accounts through the social networks Instagram and Facebook. Succodimore reserves the right to reject any registration on its own discretion and without prior notice for appearing to be defective. Only one registration per person will be allowed.

Among all users who register during the Promotional Period, one (1) Racered EU gift card of  250 euros will be drawn. 

PRIZES

One (1) Racered Eu gift card with a value of 250 euros will be drawn. 

DRAWING AND COMMUNICATING THE WINNER

A random drawing will be after March 21, 2022 to determine the winner. The drawing will also draw one (1) additional entrant, who will be considered a substitute or reserve entrant in the event that the initially drawn winner waives the prize obtained, does not meet the requirements set forth in the rules, or cannot be contacted.

The winner will be contacted by email within a week after the drawing. In the there is no response, the first substitute entrant will be contacted. 

PRIZE AVAILABILITY

The prize must be redeemed at www.racered.eu. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. 

ADVERTISING

SUCCODIMORE reserves the right to publish the winner's username for promotional purposes. 

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. The mere fact of participating in the drawing implies that the user fully accepts the conditions of these legal terms. The prize corresponding to this promotion is not redeemable for cash and will be subject, if applicable, to the corresponding tax deductions.
2. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The prize must be accepted by the winner or the person designated by the winner.
3. SUCCODIMORE is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur in its subsequent operation nor the costs that could arise from said technical problems.
4. Participation in the promotion necessarily implies acceptance of these terms and SUCCODIMORE's interpretative criterion as to the resolution of any issue arising from this promotion.
5. Facebook and Instagram do not sponsor, endorse or otherwise administer this Promotion, nor are they associated with it, it simply serves as an amplifier. Participants are aware that they are providing their information to SUCCODIMORE and that their information will only be used to manage their participation in this promotion, to communicate other future promotions, brand information and to send the prize if there is a winner. Facebook is not responsible for the contestants and participants.
6. Only legal persons over the age of 18 years old residing in the European Union and holding a valid EU identification of their respective country, or passport and residence permit in the case of foreigners, at the time of awarding the prize, may participate.
7. SUCCODIMORE is not responsible for possible failures in the participation due to Internet malfunction, or any other cause, such as interruptions, slowdowns, unregistered participations due to incompleteness or other reasons, unauthorized access or errors when receiving any information, nor the damages that may be generated by them to the user.
8. These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish Law.

TÉRMINOS DE LA PROMOCIÓN "TARJETA REGALO DÍA DEL PADRE Racered EU "
 
La entidad Succodimore S.L., socio distribuidor de Racered, legítimamente constituida con domicilio social en la calle Vereda de lo Barros 53G, 28925 Alcorcón Madrid, con NIF número B40190993, llevará a cabo una promoción que se desarrollará conforme a lo estipulado en las siguientes bases:
 
1. El objetivo de esta promoción es dar a conocer la página web de la empresa y animar a los usuarios a registrarse en la misma.
2. La promoción se llevará a cabo en toda la Comunidad Europea (Reino Unido EXCLUIDO), y podrán participar todos aquellos usuarios que accedan al sorteo siguiendo las instrucciones de Instragram.
3. Duración de la promoción: Desde el 15 de marzo hasta el 19 de marzo de 2022, ambos incluidos (en adelante, "Periodo Promocional").

 
CÓMO PARTICIPAR Y FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA PROMOCIÓN
 
Para participar es necesario seguir las instrucciones del post de Instagram.
 
Será necesario rellenar correctamente todos los campos para poder participar, y para aumentar las posibilidades de ganar, seguir las cuentas de Racered a través de las redes sociales Instagram y Facebook. Succodimore se reserva el derecho de rechazar cualquier inscripción a su criterio y sin previo aviso por parecer defectuosa. Sólo se permitirá una inscripción por persona.
 
Entre todos los usuarios que se registren durante el Periodo Promocional, se sorteará una (1) tarjeta regalo Racered Eu de 250 euros.
 
PREMIOS
 
Se sorteará una (1) tarjeta regalo Racered Eu por valor de 250 euros.
 
SORTEO Y COMUNICACIÓN DEL GANADOR
 
Se realizará un sorteo al azar después del 21 de marzo de 2022 para determinar el ganador. En el sorteo también se extraerá un (1) participante adicional, que se considerará suplente o reserva en el caso de que el ganador inicialmente sorteado renuncie al premio obtenido, no cumpla los requisitos establecidos en las bases o no pueda ser contactado.
 
Se contactará con el ganador por correo electrónico en el plazo de una semana tras el sorteo. En caso de que no haya respuesta, se contactará con el primer participante suplente.
 
DISPONIBILIDAD DEL PREMIO
 
El premio debe ser canjeado en www.racered.eu. El premio no se puede canjear por dinero en efectivo.
 
PUBLICIDAD
 
SUCCODIMORE se reserva el derecho de publicar el nombre de usuario del ganador con fines promocionales.
 
OTRAS CONDICIONES
 
1. El mero hecho de participar en el sorteo implica que el usuario acepta íntegramente las condiciones de estas bases legales. El premio correspondiente a esta promoción no es canjeable por dinero y estará sujeto, en su caso, a las retenciones fiscales correspondientes.
2. El premio es personal e intransferible. El premio deberá ser aceptado por el ganador o por la persona que éste designe.
